Let’s talk about cuts...
Just like a tree, healthy growth doesn't come without a little pruning. First thing you need to know is "It's not personal"! Some folks really get bent out of shape when they see their friends get cut and react by quitting themselves! Please don't take it personally. Although we hope to be a close knit group of players, we simply must make room at the bottom end for better players to join the team. It really is the only way we will improve. Just like it doesn't matter who you are to become an officer; It doesn't matter who you are in positions 41-50. If you're down there, you're vulnerable!!!
This how we will proceed. And again if anyone has suggestions to make it better, I am open. That's what the comment section is for!
Cuts will be made at or around 12 noon Eastern. How many players that are cut will depend on what day of the week it is:
Monday - there will be no cuts as it is the start of a new week.
Tuesday - players 41-50 will be cut
Wednesday - players 42-50
Thursday - players 43-50
Friday - players 44-50
Saturday - players 45-50
Sunday - only goose eggs cut
I will make the cuts myself. If for some reason I am unable to do the cuts, one of the Co-Leaders will do it. This will be our automated cut mechanism going forward.
If for some reason this doesn’t work for us, we can adjust the policy as we go.

The cut policy is evolving. I’ve decided that waiting until noon to make cuts is not in the best interest of the club. Cuts will be made as early as 12am Eastern! First cuts of the week on Tuesday, or Monday depending on one’s timezone. Climb the ladder to stick around!
